Our Hillsboros Location is located across from Tuality Hospital in the heart of Hillsboro.  Practitioner Nate Aleksiewicz primarily sees his patients at this location.  In addition, this office serves as Evergreen Prosthetic and Orthotic’s Tillamook  satellite provider. Once every two weeks Nate visits Tillamook to help serve that community. The Hillsboro Location is able to provide services for both Prosthetic and Orthotic patients.
