Our Barnes Rd Location is located near St. Vincent Hospital off Hwy 26.  Practitioners Tim O’Neill, Jay Sleeth and Jim Chea primarily service their patients at this location. The Barnes Rd Location is able to provide services for both Prosthetic and Orthotic patients.

In addition, this office serves as Evergreen Prosthetic and Orthotic’s Corporate Office, housing the COO Andrew Campbell, and all billing & insurance specialists.
